I am committed to helping clients; those who internalize and struggle to find their voice and those who externalize and struggle to maintain a space for themselves outside of the opinions and labels of others. I help clients develop their own value system in utilizing their voice while learning to tap into reaching their full potential, however that may look. A major barrier to reaching one's potential or to experiencing a spectrum of healing beneficial to the client, is often rooted in trauma from childhood, adulthood, or that is on-going. I specialize in examining transgenerational trauma and its continued effects on the psyche. How do we heal from emotional, physical, mental, and/or spiritual damage, if we're not given the tools to discuss them out loud without shame, confusion, gaslighting, dismissiveness, or defensiveness before reaching adulthood? I can help you develop the tools you need to work through your own unique struggles in a safe space without judgement.
