I believe that within each of us lies our truest essence of self. The all caps Y-O-U. I journey with my clients to help them uncover this inner place of clarity and balance in order to promote a mind, body, spirit connection. It takes a lot of courage to begin a search toward wellness. I honor that by creating a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Since everyone I meet has a unique set of experiences, I work flexibly to meet them where they are at.
