I work with individuals ages 6-99, couples, and families experiencing various concerns such as spiritual, relationships, parenting, school, stress, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, and anger. No one should feel ashamed or second guess about getting help. My passion for serving is seen in an initiative I started to promote awareness and remove the stigma attached to mental health, I'M OK Perfectly Flawed. Today, you start being your unique self.
