My counseling style is open and collaborative. I am here to service children and adults struggling in the areas of anxiety, PTSD, depression, relationships, parenting, ADHD, and children with behavior problems. Sometimes life throws us unwanted curves that is out of our control and we feel alone; I want you to know you are not alone and help is here. You can restore your life to its normal functioning and achieve the goals that you set for yourself. If I am unable to assist you, I will make it my mission by referring you to someone that can. I have a PhD and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents in the foster care system, families, individuals, couples, and group therapy. I am here to service those suffering from anxiety, depression, sexual abuse/assault, PTSD, and ADHD.
