I work with individual adult clients. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I specialize in working with other HSPs. We’ll identify your strengths as we work to manage the challenges that can come with being highly sensitive (including overwhelm, sensory sensitivities, and irritability). Also, as a member of the queer community, it is important to me to support LGBTQ+ clients. I am a Certified Body Trust Provider. I help clients with their relationship with food and themselves from a weight-inclusive stance. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, grief, stress management, self-care, finding your purpose, and relationships.
