I also have expertise in working with individuals struggling with a mood disorder, have a history of trauma or have recently suffered a loss. I work with young adults in phase of life transitions and all individuals struggling with anxiety. I have over eight years of experience working in community mental health settings with adolescents and their families. I also work with couples and young adults struggling with a variety of life changes and challenges.
