I have worked the majority of my career in emergency psychiatric medicine. I have spent the last 7 years working alongside law enforcement. Being in these intense situations has helped me to learn how to support people in crisis as well as skills people can use to avoid a crisis. I have a unique perspective into the stressors that law enforcement, first responders and veterans experience in their lines of work and hope to provide support to those who may not traditionally seek it out due to stigma or fear that people won't understand.
