Hi! My name is Sheena. I am an LICSW with over a decade of experience in the crisis field and working alongside first responders. My time in the community has helped me to see that everyone is going through something and often, a listening ear is greatly appreciated. I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere to struggles that my clients may encounter and help to explore the thoughts and feelings that are getting in their way. I have seen a lot throughout my career and enjoy helping people work through their challenges, big or small. I provide direct feedback while also maintaining a neutral space for clients to work through frustrations and have the discussions that may be more difficult with those close to them.
