Life is not designed to be easy on us. Systems fail us, relationships wound us, and coping only goes so far. What interests me in therapy is not only how to manage but how to live with suffering while still holding on to joy, direction, and your sense of who you are. Not every issue someone brings into therapy has a neatly packaged solution. Therapy is multifaceted and often a layered process. With some clients the work may be more solution focused, while with others it means exploring the deeper layers of living, identity, and distress. The philosophy remains the same, creating space for honesty, reflection, and meaningful growth.
