I have been in private practice for over 30 years now. My specialties are individual and couples therapy, and 12-step program for variety of addictions. Unlike the traditional silent non-directive method of psychotherapy (which is frustrating for most people)I have a very interactive style in sessions and you will get direct feedback from me. I believe in confronting problems head on and taking action for the ultimate victory over the presented issues and getting results. I am practical as well as spiritual in my approach. I have a new method of dealing with anxiety and depression, which is fast and effective.
