My practice has been built on my unique ability to connect with clients and to quickly understand the necessary steps to take for symptom relief. I take a collaborative approach - meaning I believe people intrinsically know where they need to go, even as they realize the need for guidance on just how to get there. We partner together in order to achieve relief from depression, anxiety, divorce, PTSD, and relational issues with spouse/significant other, children and families. I also deal with spiritual issues in an effort to achieve more peace with self and God.
