I believe in the transformational power of psychotherapy, and am eager to work alongside you whether you’ve done this before, or are trying therapy for the first time. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamic - this means we will spend time forming our relationship in order to better understand your relational patterns and reflect together on what purpose they serve. I am also trained in IFS, and pull from DBT and somatic approaches. We'll spend time together identifying what approach works best for you.
