Welcome! I believe in the human capacity to heal from past and current traumatic experiences. I am honored to be a social worker and psychotherapist because I can support people to understand themselves better and to live healthier and happier lives. I have been working with children, caregivers, and adults for nearly 8 years. I have experience helping people with a wide variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustment problems, and grief and loss.
