I am licensed in Missouri and have 10 years of professional social work experience. I have a background in helping clients with stress, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, serious mental illness, PTSD with both veterans and civilians and coping with addiction. I believe that an empathetic and supportive environment is priority. Active listening and communication are important qualities that I demonstrate. I am a laid back individual that has a busy, wild and fulfilling lifestyle. It may be common that we are having session together right after I have fed a goat or wrestled a toddler.
