I am very experienced working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or relational problems. I believe in treating the whole person and will take the time to get to know you and the challenges you are experiencing in order to better help you. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who are displaying emotional and behavioral problems in the school and/or home setting. I believe it is essential to work with parents when I treat children and adolescents and provide parent training and parent education as needed.
