As an owner of my own practice, it's my passion to help others. My areas of expertise include anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and self-esteem. I enjoy helping others overcome past trauma with evidence-based interventions. A variety of modalities are utilized within each session based on the client's needs to provide the best possible results. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The most important aspect of a therapeutic relationship is rapport-building. Helping clients feel safe and accepted without judgment is crucial. I am competent in CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, trauma informed therapy, EFT, and Gottman therapy.
