I am a bilingual clinical social worker who has been in the field for 18 years. I have experience working with women, children, adolescents, and families. A major focus in my work has been depression and anxiety management and helping clients to develop healthy coping skills. Additionally, I have assisted clients with reducing stress and those struggling in relationships in making healthy choices. I use a strength-based and solution-focused approach in working with clients. I am also trauma informed and have worked in an array of institutions within the mental health field. I use my experiences from the various settings I worked within to help empower and support clients in the best way possible.
