I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in women's mental health. I have extensive training in reproductive & maternal metal health. Nurturing new moms, moms to be, and women trying to conceive is the heart of my psychotherapy practice. As a mom of 2, I understand firsthand how crucial it is to have emotional support during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. It is my priority and passion to help you receive the support you need. I will work with you to create a plan that targets your specific symptoms, reduces stress, builds coping skills, restores self-esteem and hope, and improves overall well-being.
