My goal is to provide you a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I have experience working as a Youth Development Counselor in a high school, supporting teens through tough emotions, and big transitions. I’ve worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and other challenges.
