My practice is intuitive and client specific. Clients come to me with a wide arrange of intentions and desires; processing complex trauma, managing stress and anxiety, grief, overcoming depression, relationship troubles, personality disorders, or simply a desire for personal growth. I strive to offer a safe, attuned, and empathetic space. I appreciate collaborating with my clients in a way that works for them. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is seeing my clients grow, discover, and know themselves deeper. I am honored to be a witness and facilitator. My work: Somatic, EMDR, Brainspotting, relationally, attachment &IFS.
