If the idea of starting therapy feels equal parts necessary and intimidating- you’re in good company. It’s a big, vulnerable step. Maybe past experiences in therapy left you feeling unheard, unsafe, or unchanged. Maybe you're a first timer. Maybe you’re not even sure what you need, just that something’s got to shift. Wherever you are in the process, you’re welcome here. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and safe enough to show up however you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, it can actually be something sacred. I care deeply for my clients and consider it an honor to walk alongside them in their deepest, darkest hurts to help them to uncover their light. We can move through this together, at a comfortable pace, toward a version of life that feels more light. Central to my practice is the belief that we are perfect just as we are, with plenty of room to grow.
