I work with individuals seeking services for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), relationship issues, life transitions, and sexual identity exploration. I also work with couples who are looking to navigate relationship challenges, build trust, and improve communication. I am passionate about guiding couples in exploring or navigating polyamory, kink, queer/trans identity, and intimacy issues. As a queer woman, I carry my experiences into sessions to provide a space that is always queer/trans-affirming, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed.
