I'm currently taking new clients! I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents (age 4-18) facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and autism. My therapeutic style incorporates play-based techniques and is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
