I have been working in the field of school based therapy for 10 years. I'm excited to continue my practice in a new way through online therapy sessions. I love working with clients to help them reach their full potential by offering support, coping skills, and resources they need to be their best selves. I have my clinical license in social work and am a Trust Based Relationship Intervention practitioner, and I am trained in EMDR, ASSIST, and Journey of Hope. I prefer person centered care, letting clients lead the way in setting their own goals that they would like to work on in sessions.
