Hi! I’m Shelby Evans. I'm glad you’re here! I have over 7 years of experience supporting teens, adults, and older adults through challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and severe mental illness. My work is rooted in empathy, humor, and a belief in everyone’s ability to grow and thrive. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University and use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy.
