Hi, I'm Shelby! I'm a healer of childhood stuff through EMDR, a somatic focused therapist who emphasizes the mind and body connection, a fan girl for self care and prioritizing yourself, and a strong believer in therapeutic humor. I love watching people reach their fullest potential and find peace of mind by healing past wounds and prioritizing themself. I do this through a person centered approach towards EMDR as well as mindfulness and DBT. I am licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
