You don't have to walk alone. As a native to Central Kentucky, I am passionate about helping Kentuckians live whole and authentic lives in their relationships and communities. My skills allow me to support women and young adults who are ready to make change in their life and have support in their journey. I have proficiency in helping women who are survivors of sexual abuse reclaim their strength, find safety, and live in freedom. Additional experience includes supporting young adults navigate college stress, new careers, or life changes. In these seasons, I seek to help my clients build confidence and clarity for their next steps.
