Hi, I’m Shelby Harvey, an LCPC, specializing in helping couples and individuals heal, grow, and reconnect. I believe that everyone deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and understood — especially in their most important relationships and in the aftermath of painful experiences. My passion is guiding couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed back to a place of trust and intimacy. I also support individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them process what they’ve been through and move forward with greater self-compassion and resilience. My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative — I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, tap into your strengths, and find practical tools to help you create real change in your life.
