I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship difficulties in adolescents, and adults. Therapy can feel daunting to some and my goal is to create a safe, comforting and inviting therapeutic space for each of my clients. I see my role as a facilitator to uncover the root of problems with the goal of living a more fulfilling life. I provide my clients the space to better understand themselves, gain new perspectives and greater insights resulting in better choices and improved quality of life.
