Hi, I'm Shelby and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working at The Sanctuary of Wellness in Boca. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we explore what’s coming up for them and build toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I offer a warm, collaborative, and person-centered therapeutic experience. I work with adults, teens, and young adults, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique story, values, and goals.
