I specialize in supporting neurodivergent teens and adults, but I work with anyone seeking care—including those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply figuring out who they are. I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space where all identities are honored, including LGBTQIA+ clients. Each session is shaped by where you are in the moment, building on your strengths and exploring coping tools that fit your life. Together, we’ll move through challenges, nurture growth, and create space for you to show up authentically, in a way that feels gentle and uniquely yours.
