I’m a neurodiverse mom and complex trauma survivor dedicated to empowering individuals on their unique paths to healing and resilience. Spending nearly 15 years in the construction industry & 3 years in hospice cultivated the diverse background I bring to the therapeutic space. Specializing in trauma-focused therapy, I provide honest, empathetic support to those navigating trauma (acute, developmental, or complex), neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD), anxiety, depression (PPD), life transitions and grief.
