My ideal client would be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief or post partum issues. They would need help learning how to cope and tools they can use to manage their emotions and navigate life more effectively. Their goals should be unique and tailored to their specific struggles but ultimately they want to work toward enhancing their quality of life. They would want a therapist who is going to be compassionate and understanding while also being able to guide them to follow through to ensure we are meeting their goals.
