I believe that I learn from each of my clients. I have found a passion for serving individuals that want to create awareness and begin healing from their past experiences. I encourage my clients to develop better relationships with themselves while creating hope for the future. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Gottman Couples Counseling. Shelby specializes in Trauma/PTSD, Grief & Loss, Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals and couples. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University in 2014. I completed my Master’s Degree with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Purdue in 2019.
