It takes courage to pursue the life you want and take those first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that first step, I am here to support you. I have worked with many clients dealing with a wide range of concerns from stress and anxiety to depression and PTSD and TBI to coping with every day life and life changes. My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in or like to use any stigmatizing labels. I have worked with a variety of clients across the lifespan and with a similarly large variety of struggles. I work from primarily a trauma informed approach with aspects of mindfulness based practices, although I pull from all theories to find what works best for my clients. I will customize our discussions and treatment to fit your specific needs.
