Do you feel disconnected from your body and struggle with body image, disordered eating, or intimacy? Would you like to feel more confident and self-assured to state your needs or assert a boundary? I work with female-identifying clients, (18+) who want to heal their relationship with their bodies and uncover their authentic identity in order to build lasting self-worth and empowerment in all areas of life. I want to help women feel powerful, worthy, and confident and finally shed narratives of shame and perfectionism that hinder self-perception.
