I have worked with a wide array of individuals across many different intersections of identity and with many different presenting concerns/therapeutic goals. I enjoy working with every individual and find that I work best with folks who are hoping to take a more curious and compassionate approach to self-understanding and change. While I am well-versed in the clinical side of therapy, my clients are the experts in themselves and their lived experiences. It is important for me to understand your value system and adapt our work together accordingly. I would love to be a collaborator in the changes you hope to see in yourself! I take an Existential/Rogerian approach to therapy. This means I find collaboration to be key! I highly value how an individual defines and finds meaning in self and the world around them. I provide all of my clients with unconditional positive regard and a genuine curiosity/compassion for their lived experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
