Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! Since 2006, I have been helping adults address a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, and trauma. The relationship you have with a counselor is one of the most unique relationships you will have. I believe this is a collaborative relationship where we work together to make the changes you want to make in your life. I believe in bringing creativity and the arts into sessions to help you look at your struggles and obstacles in a different way. I am a candidate in training with the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts.
