Starting therapy often begins with feeling unsure where to start or how to put things into words. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, seen, and supported, with room to explore how relationships, experiences, identities, and internal worlds shape the present. I work with teens and adults in individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. My approach is eclectic, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are at.
