I believe that connections shape our everyday life and overall well-being. With that in mind, the core of my work is to build a trusting and nurturing relationship with you in order for therapy to be successful. I bring compassion, warmth, and trust to each individual that I work with. I can assist in building upon your own strengths and abilities in order to live more authentically and with a greater sense of self-compassion. My practice is open to children, teenagers, and adults of all cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Whether it's navigating parenthood, adjusting to the end/beginning of a relationship, starting college, moving, or stepping into a new chapter, I specialize in supporting you through these life transitions. I am also passionate about working with individuals facing the challenges of infertility, as well as the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy/postpartum.
