Something in your life may be feeling off, emotionally, relationally, or internally, even if it’s hard to put into words. Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. You might know something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin, or even uncertain about therapy itself. I work with clients who are navigating these questions with curiosity, hesitation, or ambivalence, and I believe all of those experiences belong in the room. My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative.
