My speciality is working with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, interpersonal relationships, and exploring their identity. I value my ability to aid people in processing their lived experiences and navigating how to manage the harder parts of life more effectively. I believe people want to be understood ... we want to have a space where we can share the scary or uncomfortable parts of ourselves in order to understand ourselves better. I believe people need a space to process the harder parts of life to not feel so alone and to work toward living more happily. I hope I can provide you that space.
