No matter where you are in life, challenging moments arise and can become overwhelming and emotionally draining. Past trauma, fears, worries, loss, and constant stress can also make daily functioning difficult. Through a holistic approach to therapy, I use mindfulness, communication, and collaboration to focus on physical, emotional, social, and overall well-being. I offer individualized care to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health, social or emotional difficulties.
