My practice as a life coach focuses on helping individuals identify and achieve personal goals, make life decisions, enhance personal growth, and improve overall well-being. I create a safe, collaborative environment for navigating the rough seas of life. I work with individuals looking for guidance and consultation around relationship difficulties with partners, children and other family members. In my work clients are at the helm and I am the compassionate navigator. I assist people learning communication skills and self-care skills such as meditation.
