Welcome to my profile! I'm so happy you're here! :) I received my undergraduate and Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. I have experience working with children, adolescence, and families with an array of presenting needs, challenges, and strengths. My specialties include working with tweens/teens and young adults who are adjusting to life changes while exploring their identities, values, hopes, and dreams. I provide a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach while utilizing an assortment of interventions and strategies, including mindfulness and self-compassion.
