Shelley is particularly passionate about supporting women’s mental health. She works extensively with women navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, reproductive challenges, and midlife transitions. Shelley understands the unique pressures and emotional hurdles that come with motherhood, caregiving, and personal reinvention. Her goal is to empower women to reclaim their sense of identity, build resilience, and improve emotional well-being during every stage of life. In addition to women’s issues, Shelley specializes in treating anxiety, PTSD and trauma, and grief and loss.
