I believe in the power to heal and grow, and the existence inner wisdom. My goal is to create an environment of safety, creativity & compassion, where the inner world of the client is empathetically received. Creating more meaningful connection to self and other is at the heart of therapeutic healing. I am here to help with trauma, relational difficulties, or issues of PTSD, C-PTSD, relational trauma, anxiety/depression, addiction/partners/family system, or personality disorders.
