Openings currently for telehealth appointments before 3pm on Thursdays. - When life finds you in rough waters there is no reason to paddle alone. I work with individuals and families to help get through tough times. Mood, health, and stressors can be chronic, temporary or both. There are ways to work through difficult circumstances without feeling like a sinking ship. I can help with building coping skills and supports to work through difficult times using combined modalities that work best for an individual situation. I have experience through the the lifespan and worked with clients from 4-104 years old. I have specific training in working with military-affiliated individuals, first responders, and elders.
