I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, space where clients can learn to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. My work is trauma-informed and attentive to both client humanity and the impact of oppressive systems. I have trained in college counseling, inpatient psychiatric, LGBTQ+ community mental health, and private practice settings and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, substance misuse, and psychosis.
