I help clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and emotions honestly. My approach is collaborative—I believe healing happens when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make changes at their own pace. When you sit down with me, you can expect a space that feels real, relaxed, and supportive. I’m not a “clipboard and nods” kind of therapist—I show up as a genuine human being first. I believe clients open up when they feel truly seen and safe, so I focus on creating an atmosphere where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.
